for entering your credit card details

(1) The name and address you give must match exactly the one shown on your credit card bank statement.

(2) If you dont have a PROVINCE/STATE scroll down and highlight NONE. You can also enter your city name again as this sometimes is appropriate.

(3) If your PROVINCE/STATE is not in the USA scroll down and highlight OTHER. When you continue you will be taken back to the previous page where it will now allow you to type in your province/state.

(4) If you do not have a ZIP/POST CODE type11 in the field (sometimes works).

(5) When typing in your card number do not use spaces between any of the numbers.

Common reasons for 'DECLINE'

Insufficient funds to meet the payment.

Name entered does not match exactly what is on the card.

Address entered does not match exactly what is shown on your bank card statement.

You have not notified your bank of a change of your address.

You have put spaces between some of your card numbers
