Plans are drawn for the hull to be constructed in ferro-cement but can also be adapted to wood strip-plank construction.

If you are already familiar with steel plate forming the plans can also be adapted for constructing the hull in steel.

Beam 16'. Draught 8'. Sloop, cutter or ketch rig.

Centre or aft cockpit. Plans give three types of accommodation.

As with most Hartley boats she can be lengthened by 10% to 63ft.

A real ship for serious ocean sailors or chartering.
